Prepared Foods’ 2010 R&D Applications Seminar Chicago is a 2 day, applications-oriented event dedicated to further educating hundreds of food & beverage bench-level R&D attendees on specific ingredient functionality and formulation challenges. Sponsorships provide ingredient suppliers a unique opportunity for enhanced visibility and name recognition.

Tuesday Registration Refreshment Break Welcome attendees with snacks and beverages at the R&D registration break.
Wednesday Breakfast Buffet A buffet breakfast offers a superb opportunity for suppliers to gain exposure by incorporating your ingredients into the meal.
E-mail Cafe Attendees can conveniently check their e-mail during breaks and at lunch. Your logo will act as a screensaver and once any key is hit, your website will appear. The E-mail Cafe will be located in a high traffic area.
Wednesday Continuous Coffee between Sessions Continuous all day coffee and soda station, right outside sessions for easy access.  
Wednesday A.M. Expo Refreshment Break 30-minute break held in the Expo includes coffee, tea, soda and optional snack item.

  Application Labs - Limited to 8, 75 minute sessions. The Application Lab is designed to provide ingredient suppliers with an interactive venue to demonstrate their ingredient's functionality or its application in a finished consumer product or model system. Attendance is limited to 45 formulators. Reservations accepted on first-come, first-served basis. Contact your PF salesperson for more details.
