Educational Sessions
The Monday and Tuesday’s schedule will feature up to 6 concurrent technical tracks. Each track will be devoted to a specific application challenge (beverage, baking, dairy, emerging ingredients, etc) or specific ingredient functionality (gums, starches, emerging ingredients, etc.). Each track will consist of up to 6, 40-minute practical "how to" educational sessions. The Application Lab Sessions will run concurrently throughout the day. The Application Lab sessions are longer, more hands-on, interactive, in-depth and comprehensive than the traditional sessions. Wednesday morning is dedicated to just Application Lab Sessions.
